Yes. Each plate is made to the drawing. We review the required hole diameter together with pitch, plate thickness, edge distance, and the flatness needed at the mounting interface before selecting a practical route.
Stainless steel is a common starting point for corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. Nickel, molybdenum, titanium, and other alloys can also be reviewed where compatibility, temperature, or a specific joining method drives the choice.
Yes. A drawing-led laser process is useful when a pattern is still being validated or changes are expected. Once the design is stable, we can align material control, inspection, and lot requirements for repeat production.
