One nominal hole diameter is not enough to define a usable nozzle plate. The relationships between the holes and the surrounding mounting features determine whether the part can be manufactured, assembled, and inspected as intended.

What information do you need to quote a nozzle plate?

Please send the hole layout or CAD drawing, material and thickness, intended fluid or media, hole diameter and pitch requirements, mounting interface, quantity, and any inspection criteria. A section view is helpful when the plate seals against a manifold or gasket.

Can the hole diameter and the hole pattern be customized?

Yes. Each plate is made to the drawing. We review the required hole diameter together with pitch, plate thickness, edge distance, and the flatness needed at the mounting interface before selecting a practical route.

Which materials are suitable for nozzle plates?

Stainless steel is a common starting point for corrosion resistance and dimensional stability. Nickel, molybdenum, titanium, and other alloys can also be reviewed where compatibility, temperature, or a specific joining method drives the choice.

Can you supply prototype and repeat production quantities?

Yes. A drawing-led laser process is useful when a pattern is still being validated or changes are expected. Once the design is stable, we can align material control, inspection, and lot requirements for repeat production.
